All the products we offer are digital products(PDFs, Audio, Video and Tests files and Softwares). Here are some frequently asked questions:
Can I place an order from overseas?
- Yes.Orders can be placed from any country that accepts payment via credit card or PayPal.
How long will it take to receive the files after payment?
- You will receive the files immediately after you complete the payment successfully via PayPal . The download link will be automatically sent to your email. If you choose manual payment(such as Credit Cards or Webmoney), you’ll receive the files right away during our working hours, or within a few hours if it’s outside our working hours. Our working hours are from 8 am to 10pm (Time zone in Armenia (GMT+4)).
How will I receive the files?
- Files are served on our own download host. So download link will be granted after successful payment. It is not possible to share files on Google Drive.
How long will the download link be available?
- The download link will be available for 30 days. But your purchase information will be stored for One year on our website and you can get request for download links in this period. It is recommended to download the files within that period.
